INDPENDENCE STRONG !!!

Hello everyone, we are off and running on the John Collins 8 day adventure. We took a nice load of bait and got an early jump out of the point. John put together a fantastic array of gifts for the gang with a big raffle to start the trip off. Currently our coarse is South down the coast, with the weather being up the plan is to fish tuna on the tail end of the trip when weather reports look good in a few days. The independence’s new engines are preforming well and are giving us a little more push with being a bit quieter! The group is excited to get fishing after the long lockdown we all faced. If you are fishing with us this season plan on targeting the bigger grade bluefin on upcoming trips with a lot of 100 plus pound in the local zone. We will report on what we find in the lower zone when we get there as the first boat of the season on an 8 day trip. We hope everyone is doing well and hope to see you on our upcoming trips.
